Annotation

This paper attempts to analyze the relationship between religious transgression and the modern model of the family as a social institution. The essential determinants determining the influence of practical socio - cultural activities of the Russian Orthodox Church aimed at the formation of the Orthodox family model in the public consciousness of the Russian people are revealed. A descriptive and explanatory characteristic of the current state of the family and marriage sphere and its development prospects in the context of the aggressive expansion of Anglo-Saxon local civilization in the socio - cultural space of the Russian Federation is developed.
