Annotation

The socio-economic development of the region largely depends on the condition of transport infrastructure and well-coordinated interaction of all modes of transport. Achieving this goal is impossible without a coherent policy of center and local leadership and elites of the region in the development of transport and logistics system. The successful solution of this task is determined by the creation of a sustainable political communication between government center and the region.
