Annotation

Patriotic charity at various stages of pre-revolutionary Russian history acquires the status of an integral part of the country and people experienced a number of major modernization experiments and transformations within the wake of reforms of the second half of the XIX century. It has seriously affected the formation of modernization and development environment in the minds of the educated part of Russian society modernization values to the First World War.
