State audit as a tool of Russian economic growth

Annotation

A role of the state audit as one of tools of economic growth in Russia is considered in the article. As a «quality» tool of management of financial resources allocated performance audit. By analyzing the activities of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation as the supreme body of state control of external conclusions about the effectiveness of state audit in Russia. The author also shows the importance of the state audit in the relationship between state and society and to achieve the common goal of sustainable economic development and social stability.
