Environmental policy as a subsystem of the regional policy as an example of the Astrakhan region
Annotation
This article is devoted to the analysis of environmental policy in the Astrakhan region. The regional environmental policy - an integral part of socio-economic policies in the area. It should be aimed at improving the environmental conditions of life, health, longer lives and preserving the natural landscape by reducing the number of factors that adversely affect the environment. Only the state on behalf of public authorities and the population in the face of public institutions of civil society can and must work together to address issues that contribute not only to improving the state of the environment, but also greening of consciousness in the region.
