Relationship of the russian authorities and the people of the North Caucasus in the period of an aggravation of the Russian-persian relations in the 1740th
Annotation
In article the policy of Russia in the Caucasus in the 1740th is analyzed. In the center of attention there is relationship of the Russian authorities with the people of the Caucasus which weren’t the Russian citizens. That part which was assigned to Dagestanis in strategy of the Russian foreign policy in the Caucasus is estimated in the 1740th. Geopolitical orientation of the people of the North Caucasus is investigated. Methods and forms of interaction of representatives of Russia with the Dagestan feudal lords, mutual requirements and obligations are considered. Role in these events of the Astrakhan provincial authorities and commands of the Persian expedition.
