A new approach to the career management of public servants
Annotation
This paper deals with the consideration of new approaches to career management and makes suggestion about the topicality of their application in public service. The paper analyzes modern career expectations of enthusiastic public servants and indicates opportunities that can increase effectiveness of career management of public servants in connection with the new look at professional career.
