Higher education and problems of formation of intellectual potential of modern Russia

Annotation

In this article dependence between high education and intellectual potential development of modern Russia is discussed. The author supposes that demands of high school change greatly in conditions of transition from industrial society to postindustrial one. High education takes the first place in making program concerning national security and forming the answer for challenges of the 21 century.
