The role of international intergovernmental organizations Europe in the provision of the election of Ukraine president 2004-2014

Annotation

To date, we have clearly seen a trend towards increasing the importance of soft instruments of public diplomacy and increasing the role of international intergovernmental organizations, including European ones, in affirming the legitimacy of the election of the leadership of the states of the world. This article will allow you to see how for ten years, during the three presidential Ukraine elections, the interest of international intergovernmental organizations in Europe has changed, which subsequently led to the fact that Russia's foreign policy suddenly demanded a new interpretation and a new concept of Russian-Ukrainian relations.
