Features of the electoral governance in Russia (based on materials of expert survey)

Annotation

This article discusses ways to improve the electoral system in Russia based on the expert survey. As part of a research project supported by the Russian Foundation for Humanities в„– 15-03-00153 «Public Policy and Management in the electoral process: conceptualization of scientific direction» in 2015, a quality expert survey was conducted. Conducting expert survey revealed the main problems in the electoral process in modern Russia. Thus, it was revealed that for the improvement of the electoral system in Russia is not enough to carry out a gradual reform of the electoral system is needed to build a comprehensive Russian electoral governance.
