Criteria of efficiency of activity political elites in the process of interaction of subjects of the Russian Federation and the republic of Kazakhstan in the context of public policy cross-border cooperation
Annotation
This article deals with the role of political elites in the integration process of the two countries by identifying the effectiveness of their (elites) activities in the development of cross-border cooperation, as well as identify the proportion of their autonomy from Central government in decision making on relevant issues.
