The phenomenon of user-generated videos in the web-hosting Internet

Annotation

In this article the problem of the phenomenon of user-generated videos in the web-hosting the example of a web service YouTube is discussed. The author puts forward possible reasons for the growing popularity of this form of cultural participation. Forms of user video content have been analysed. It was classified of video material. Ethical and aesthetic components have been pointed. The conclusion about the future development was made.
