Annotation

The article investigates the process of understanding of Buddhism in the Russian religious philosophy of the В«Silver AgeВ». The study showed that Russian philosophers, despite hristianotsentrizm, recognized the important role of Buddhism in the world culture, aware of, and appreciates its moral values. In addition, comparing the Buddhist doctrine and Russian religious philosophy, can be found a number of common points.
