The relationship of political radicalism and religious extremism: the experience of comparative research

Annotation

In the present article the problem of the В«Islamic threatВ» reveals the socio-political origins of В«IslamismВ», analyzes the potential of Islamic teachings as a mobilizing and integrating the social forces represented in the comparative description of the factors showing the relationship of political radicalism and religious extremism, fundamentalism, revealed how evolution irrational phenomena, creating the basis for the modernization of the counter and the democratization of society.
