Annotation

This article focuses on the effective use of e-services in the banking sector. The authors identified in the paper the concept of electronic banking services, as well as the basic theoretical aspects. The authors analyzed the effectiveness of electronic banking services, VTB 24 , and made a survey, resulting in a developed a proposal for a new credit card.
