Annotation
The illusion that the «cold war» ended in 1991, the US mistakenly thought themselves the victors in this war. It was not a victory, because after it was no peace. It was a short respite, a truce, which was soon broken by the US itself. There are no winners in the «cold war». Everybody is vanquished. «Cold War» is the state of the world in an ever injected enmity and hatred. It was, is and remains the cultural and civilizational conflict of values and geopolitical contradictions of challenging global leadership. In the summer of 2014 it became apparent confrontation with the utmost clarity, giving rise to a new round of the Cold War against Russia and the West.
