Elite educational environment
Annotation
In this article the author opens essence of educational environment of higher education institution and reveals the main conditions and principles, promoting creation and formation of the elite environment of institute. The author also gives the analysis of the main concepts and approaches of this problem, existing in modern domestic science. Under «elite educational environment» the author means its orientation on all subjects educational process - students' aspiration to self-realization, self-education, self-esteem, activity qualities and oncoming traffic from teachers or tutors to students. It is very important to be highly qualified specialist and to answer inquiries of the modern time.
