Annotation

The article analyzes the current state of the Russian political elite Analysis of the scientific literature indicates that domestic elitological community, constantly monitors the quality of the modern Russian political and administrative elite. At the same time, many analysts fear causes a low level of effectiveness of this cluster of Russian power, constantly shaken by corruption scandals and accusations of rigging the results of their activities.
