POLITICAL ELITE TURKMENISTAN: TRADITION AND PROSPECTS

Annotation

The article analyzes the problems of the modern Turkmen society in the new stage of socio- political development in the conditions of continuing paternalistic behavior practices. The characteristic of the Turkmen political elite traced conditions and factors of its formation. Fixed reproduction paternalistic mental and behavioral practices with weak rooted democratic values and procedures. Identifies the need for changes in the political sphere , cooperation between the state and society for more effective development in the context of increasing risks of color revolutions.
