Just a century ago in 1113, Nestor the Chronicler finished the main paper of his life «The Primary Chronicle». In his paper he mentioned the diagnosis of the Rus " the land is great and rich, but there is no order in it " for the first time. The centuries passed, and Russia did not get rid of that diagnosis-damnation. The search of a national idea by the elite has been delayed for the indefinite time. That is why the epochs of change and stagnation often occur in Russia…
