Annotation

The article examines the transformation of modern public administration under the influence of new information technology of networking, received the name Web 2.0. Revealed the content and meaning of the concept of "platform" in the transition from passive consumption to active public service, as well as forming the basis for new ideology of direct political participation. Describes the trends of e-government 2.0. in the world and in Russia.
