Soviet State's New Principles of National and Foreign Policy and Turkey

Annotation

After the Great October Socialist Revolution's triumph the conditions in which national liberation movement of the peoples of the East was developing changed radically. In the first place capitalism stopped to be some integral and universal economic system. In the second place the Revolution destroyed Russian imperialism which was the worst enemy of liberty and national independence. The article is devoted to determinant influence of the Soviet State's national and foreign policy over national liberation movement in Turkey.
