Multiculturalism as the cultural policy in the frontier’s territory

Annotation

Frontier is a territory of crossing many cultures. On the one side, this leads to the synthesis of culture traditions and the emergence of new forms of cultural and social contacts, which is typical for transcultural communities. On the other side, in the frontier we can feel the intensity both social, and cultural, which becomes the reason of the serious conflicts. Multiculturalism as the strategy directed on removal of a contradiction "the civilized world – the traditional world", didn’t justify itself and highlighted need of search scenarios of coexistence in a single cultural field of different traditions and mentalities.
