Interrelation of economic resources and dynamic capabilities of organization
Annotation
The article considers the conditions and the possibility of creating long-term competitive advantage through a combination of economic resources and the development of dynamic capabilities. The article deals with the concept of resources, competencies and their classification. The article shows that the important factor of competitive advantage is a unique combination of resources and capabilities of the company. Based on the analysis the author explains the need to develop dynamic capabilities in the organization. Because the development of dynamic capabilities can achieve long-term competitive advantage.
