The international experience of a green econiomy development
Annotation
In the article the principles of "green economy" are revealed. The development of "green economy" is considered to be the main trend of the post-industrial economic system. The author analyzes the basic tools of the transition to a "green economy", compares the experience of several countries on the practical implementation of the programs of ecological modernization.
