Identified risks and opportunities for the reintegration of subjects of the Russian Federation at the North-West Caucasus in 2003-2013. Determined the positions of subjects of ethnopolitical conflicts over merging regions, reveals reasons by nomination of alternative integration projects; reasoned measures of territorial conflict de-escalation.
