Electoral system as institute of interest articulation
Annotation
Elections are traditionally defined as the main form of political articulation of the public interest. The question of the deformation of political opinion in this form of articulation remains obscure. This paper proposes a critical approach to the electoral system as an institution of the articulation of political interests. The article reveals the main types of deformations of public opinion and voting behavior in the voting process. The problem of optimizing the function expression of public opinion in the electoral process.
