Annotation

In article are considered the major factors of realization of a state confessional policy at various levels. At mega level this factors are: globalization processes, religion politicization, free information space, geopolitical problems; at macro level it is set of internal and external factors; at micro level it s a factor of an influence of charismatic’s individuals both on constructive, and on destructive processes in the confessional sphere.
