Questions to optimize the interaction of municipal authorities with political parties

Annotation

The paper analyzes the main trends and contradictions of the possible ways to optimize the interaction of the local self-government in Russia and the institutions of civil society. These problems have relevance in light of the crisis of political events of 2011–2012, due to the need to establish channels of political communication between the authorities and the public. The methods for improving municipal services public relations for the task. The introduction of a proportional system in the municipal elections can enhance the participation of political parties in local representative bodies.
