Key characteristics of the public opinion towards the issues of foreign policy

Annotation

This article observes the key characteristics of the public opinion towards the issues of foreign policy. Among of them we studied the intensity of public opinion, its competence and event character. As a result we came to the conclusion that the studied public opinion has low competency, medium level of intensity, which highly increases after important incidents in foreign policy, that proves its event character.
