Annotation

В статье на материалах архивных источников рассматривается одна из сторон деятельности адвокатуры СССР в послевоенный период - участие адвокатов в уголовном судопроизводстве. Исследуются основные тенденции и проблемы во взаимоотношениях адвокатуры с другими участниками уголовного судопроизводства.
