Annotation

This article covers modern orientations of young people appearing in conditions of deep transformation of political, socio-economic basis of the human activity. This issue is urgent due to the fact that political attitudes of modern Russian young population have become particularly significant in the context of the global development of modern information technologies (IT). Due to a large scale engagement of the youth in the current political process in Russia, the society encounters multi-level communicative instruments of influence on the youth.
