Annotation

In given clause are taken up some problem questions connected with definition of the status of republics in structure of Russian Federation, by understanding of the state sovereignty and federalism in the context of modern political processes of Russia. Carried out research allows to draw a conclusion that subjects of the Russian Federation do not represent itself as independent sovereign formations, and questions of federalism should be treated proceeding from indivisibility of the sovereignty of the Russian Federation.
