Annotation

The article is devoted to the analysis of one of the most effective and modern channels of the political communications, providing authority's openness at the regional level - to the Astrakhan region government web portal. The author allocates stages of becoming of the portal as element of «the electronic government», defines problems and priorities of the portal's development, directed on increase of the openness of the bodies both state and municipal authority that will serve as the guaranty of spent policy's efficiency.
