Annotation

The initial thesis of the article is reduced to the fact that the political mythology is a part of a political culture of any time and any country. In the substantial plan it is further concretized in the analysis of genesis and development of myths about a cult of personality of the leader, about the hero. In the article the general principles of ruling elites are opened and the mythology of modern ruling elites was analyzed.
