Annotation

In this article we discuss political problems of judiciary in constituent territories of the Russian Federation we characterize various aspects of realization of Constitutional Court and we analyze the concepts of reforming the judiciary of modern Russia. We make accent in main problems without solving wich the judiciary would be indistinct. The article is interesting for those who study the problems of judiciary in Russia.
