Annotation

Groups of interests arise on the basis of objectively existing variety of people's interests and enquiries. Active purposeful (reasonable) activity about the comprehension and realization of their interests by men is necessary for their formation and function. Groups of interests are the main canon of political participation, of the development of political culture and political activity.
