Annotation

The article of a claiment to a degree is devoted to the actual problem of modern political life the fundamentals of relations between a state (law) and political parties, discussion and dispute on which are still continued. The claiment to a degree has analysed different points of views of researchers of different historic periods and directions of political thought. The article is based on the complex of theoretical knowledge (analyses) taken from scientific research and publitistic literature.
