The political modernization as a factor of development in the Southern Federal District
Annotation
Today the Russian President has started a modernization program of the political and administrative structure in our country. As a result of this program we must create the effective system of management in the Russian Federation. The political modernization is especially important in the Southern region of Russia since it is one of the most difficult areas in Russia to modernize.
