Annotation

The analysis of ways and conditions of manipulation by public opinion with use of ecological problematic is resulted. In this connection concepts of steady development and "gold" billion as components idealogy of ecologism are considered. The data about use of business-structures of "green" policy in PR-actions and for reception of competitive advantages are cited.
