Annotation

The terrorism is the concentrated expression of aggression of the modern world policy, always acts in concrete forms. Trying to remove even negative consequences of the possible reasons, it is possible to hope to develop politics of the world community aimed at reduction of a level of terrorism. Scope and cruelty of terrorism make shocking influence, but it is not accidentally. The terrorism is quite a natural phenomenon of the modern world politics, it is caused by a life of this politics. However such understanding of terrorism demands radical revision of bases of political analytics in this sphere.
