Modern aspects of foreign doctrine and extra-contractual liability practice
Annotation
The article studies the doctrine and practice of legal regulation of delict obligation in international private law. The first sources were the scientific doctrines, analysis of German civil norms, sources of Rome private law. The international private laws of foreign countries established norms regulating delict obligations regulate these issues in the research works of M.M. Boguslavsky, G.K. Dmitrieva, and others and in the norms of Civil code of the Russian Federation section 3, the general concepts of international norms are worked out, the practical example is analysed, the role of tort law obligation is argued in comparative law.
