Annotation

A lot of ecological problems, having been arisen during the sea development, are seen in the article. The main problem is connected with the breach of its water system possibility of selfregulation and selfproduction. Nowadays the Caspian Sea ecological problems connected with the conservation of biological variety are not paid much attention to.
