Axiological aspect of mental bases' cultuie of youth's vital forces in modern Russia

Annotation

In this article the vitalism as a sort of non-classical sociological theory at the end of 20 - beginning of 21 centuries is used as a methodological base for the youth's problems analysis. In this conception culture is examined as a main human vital force. The author supposes that the forming of vital forces can be determined by values as the essence of culture. Accordingly, much attention should be paid to those values, which are the bases of culture's mental features, which, in their turn, lay the foundation of Russian youth's vital forces in modern conditions.
