In the author's opinion, the peculiarity of a modern Russian labor market is economically groundless differentiation of wages. This peculiarity is vividly expressed concerning the employees financed from the budget. As the main reason of this phenomenon, the author points out the system of prices an ... d wages ratio deformation which is caused by long inflation and also by the institutional conditions of formation of remuneration of labor in the budget sector.
