The problem of political trust, due to its great importance in the lives of citizens, society and the state, has always been and remains the focus of attention of representatives of various sciences: philosophy, sociology, political science, psychology, etc. Research on the problem of political trust in political institutions, the media and other structures is conducted both at the national level and at the regional level. The monograph under review was prepared based on the results of a sociological study “Determining the level of citizens' trust in socio-political institutions and government bodies as an element of socio-political processes occurring under the influence of deep global transformation processes in the socio-political sphere.” The answers are analyzed and conclusions are made on the problem of trust in government bodies at the regional level. The respondents were residents of Astrakhan and the Astrakhan region.
