The basic aspects of educational, family and demographic policies in the Krasnodar region

The article is devoted to the study of the development of the Krasnodar Territory, which has significant potential for social and economic development. The focus is on the basic aspects of educational, family and demographic policy, which have an impact on socio-political development. The purpose of the study was to identify the problems existing in the region that slow down the development processes, affect the decline in fertility, migration rates, and identify possible areas of increased action that contribute to improving the demographic situation. It was based on a comparison of existing diachronic indicators of moving forward and growing. The statistics were analyzed and points requiring special attention in the fields of economics, healthcare, etc. were identified. The data indicate the need to make changes to demographic policy, including additional measures to stimulate the birth rate and enhance measures in the field of education and upbringing. The author comes to the conclusion that changes in education policy, accompanied by increased support for young specialists, as well as taking into account the historical and cultural characteristics of the region, can have a significant impact on the formation of a balanced demographic situation and stable socio-economic development. The examples given demonstrate the statements under consideration.
