Modeling of political processes, as a rule, is carried out in terms of natural language that is, using informal models. Attempts to formalize political processes, structures and technologies were reflected in works on the application of mathematical models of game theory to the social - humanitarian and socio-political sciences. The authors consider it expedient to expand the range of formal models and a set of mathematical modeling tools aimed at solving problems of managing socio-political systems.
