In the presented article, the authors linked the relevance of the chosen topic with the significant spread of the phenomenon under study. The result of the expert analysis based on sociological research in a number of regions of the Russian Federation is the need to develop recommendations for improving the methods of struggle and confrontation in the territory under consideration. The study of the dominance of corruption in Russia is necessary, first of all, in order to establish its nature, study its features, develop effective measures to combat this problem, as well as create conditions and develop recommendations in which its appearance would be impossible in the future in Russia.
