For elitological science the basic principles of management psychology represent a field of special professional interest. The exercise of leadership authority and evaluation of the effectiveness of their activities is possible on the basis of a system analysis in which the scientific database of management psychology plays a decisive role. In the present work the author considers those theories and approaches of management psychology that describe the professional activity of the elite and their leaders with the utmost accuracy.
